FOR FLEETS

Every vehicle, every zone, one daily list.

If you run vans, lorries, taxis or coaches, Clean Air Zone charges are easy to lose track of: a driver goes into Bristol, nobody pays, and a £120 penalty arrives three weeks later. CAZ Tracker for fleets shows which vehicle went into which zone each day, what it should cost, and what is still unpaid.

Sample data. Amounts are estimates from each vehicle's registration and the zone's published rates; the official pay service has the final word.

Why it is worth having

One line per vehicle per day

Every zone charges once per day, however many times a vehicle goes in and out. The list matches how you are billed.

Estimated cost, up front

Compliant vehicles show £0, so you only chase the ones that owe. Scottish ban zones are flagged as a penalty risk.

Nothing left unpaid

Each line links to the official pay service and stays on the list until you mark it paid, inside the payment window.

What it costs to get wrong

Ten non-compliant vans going into Bristol every weekday is about

£23,400 a year

in charges, before a single penalty. Each charge you miss becomes a £120 Penalty Charge Notice, and London's is £180. Knowing which vehicle went where is the difference.

Price

£1 per vehicle per month

That is the whole price: no set-up fee, no contract, cancel any time. Ten vans cost £10 a month, less than one day's charge in most zones.

Common questions

Do my drivers need to do anything?

No. Nobody has to remember to open an app or report a trip. The daily list is built for you, and the person who pays the charges sees it.

How is the charge estimated?

From each vehicle's registration and the rate the zone publishes for that type of vehicle. It is an estimate: the official pay service decides the amount, and we link you straight to it.

Does a vehicle that goes in and out three times pay three times?

No. Every UK zone charges once per vehicle per day, midnight to midnight, however many times it enters. The list shows one line per vehicle per zone per day for that reason.

What about Glasgow and Edinburgh?

They do not charge; they fine non-compliant vehicles, and the fine doubles for repeat entries. Those zones are flagged as a penalty risk rather than a charge to pay.

How much does it cost?

£1 per vehicle per month, billed monthly. No set-up fee and no contract.

Do you pay the charges for us?

No. We never take payment. Each line links to the official service, and you mark it paid once it is done.
