Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CAZ Tracker account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: delete in the app
- Open CAZ Tracker and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your account immediately.
Option 2: email us
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account identifier, email and name
- Your Clean Air Zone crossing history
- Your saved vehicles
- Your subscription status record
Location data is never stored on our servers in the first place — zone detection runs entirely on your device.
